1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and LamsaGuard ("LamsaGuard", "we", "us") for the use of the LamsaGuard software, website and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade in your country to use the Service.

2. What LamsaGuard is

LamsaGuard is a trade-management, risk-control and trading-journal tool for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. It runs on your own Windows computer (or a Windows server you rent) together with your MetaTrader terminal. It helps you size, place and manage trades that you decide on, and it can block or close trades according to the limits and rules you set.

LamsaGuard does not trade for you, does not give investment advice and does not hold, receive or move your money. Your trading account stays with your broker.

3. Your account

• Keep your LamsaGuard username and password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Give us a correct email address so we can reach you about your account, billing and support.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Plans, prices and payment

• Monthly and yearly plans are charged every month or every year and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Free trial: Basic and Connect start with a 7-day free trial, once per customer. No payment card is needed and nothing is charged: when the trial ends, the software stops until you buy a plan. If you buy during the trial, your paid plan starts on the day you buy. Each trading account can use the trial once. We may end a trial that is misused, for example by creating new accounts to restart it.
• Trading accounts: you may use any number of MetaTrader accounts, demo or live. Your plan sets how many can run at the same time (Basic: 1, Connect: 3). When you start LamsaGuard on one more, the newest takes over and the oldest pauses (its firewall keeps protecting it). We may review accounts that are used in unusual numbers, for example when a license seems to be shared.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on our website. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added depending on your country.
• Payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing questions together with us.
• We may change prices for new purchases. A price change for an existing plan applies from your next renewal (monthly or yearly), and we will tell you before it does. A founders' discount stays on your subscription for as long as it stays active without a break.
• All sales are final, except as described in our refund policy.

5. Your license to use the software

While your plan is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LamsaGuard for your own trading. You may not:

• share, resell, rent or give your account, password or the software to anyone else;
• copy, change, decompile or reverse-engineer the software, or try to get around its license checks, account limits or free trial;
• use the Service to break the law, your broker's terms or the rules of a prop firm;
• attack, overload or try to break into our servers or other users' accounts.

The software, website, names and logos stay the property of LamsaGuard.

6. No financial advice and no guarantee

Trading is risky and you can lose money, including more than your limits. LamsaGuard is a tool, not advice. Nothing in the Service tells you what to buy or sell. The Service cannot guarantee that a limit will never be exceeded: price gaps, slippage, broker delays, rejected orders, internet problems, a computer that is off or asleep, and software errors can all cause losses beyond your settings. Please read our risk disclosure.

7. Your responsibilities

• Set your limits and rules correctly, and check them against your broker's and prop firm's rules.
• Keep your computer, MetaTrader and the LamsaGuard EA and app running, up to date and connected when you want protection.
• Use a stop loss on your trades and watch your account. Test LamsaGuard on a demo account before you use it on a live account.
• Keep the phone controller within your own network and do not expose it to the open internet.

8. Availability, updates and support

We work to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Parts of the Service, such as license checks, the news filter and your account page, need our servers and the internet. We may update or change features to improve the Service. Support is by email and through the help center.

9. Other companies' products

MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are products of MetaQuotes Ltd. Your broker, prop firm, VPS provider and phone are run by other companies. We are not responsible for their services, and LamsaGuard is not affiliated with MetaQuotes or any broker or prop firm.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LamsaGuard is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, failed prop-firm challenges or indirect losses of any kind, whether or not the Service worked as expected. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under consumer law and that cannot be limited.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing the account or attacking our systems. If we stop offering LamsaGuard, we will tell users in advance where we can.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and tell customers by email about important changes. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
