Risk disclosure
LamsaGuard helps you control risk. It cannot remove it. Please read this before you trade with it.

Trading is risky
Trading forex, CFDs, metals, indices and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Leverage makes losses grow as fast as profits. You can lose some or all of your money, and in some cases more than you deposited. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
What LamsaGuard can and cannot do
LamsaGuard sizes trades from your risk, checks them against your rules, blocks new trades before your limits and can close trades to protect them. It works only inside the limits of your computer, your internet connection, MetaTrader and your broker. It cannot guarantee that a loss will stop at any level.
Losses can go beyond your limits when, for example:
- the price gaps over your stop or your limit (at the weekend open, on news or in fast markets);
- orders are filled with slippage, delayed or rejected by your broker;
- your computer or VPS is off, asleep, restarting or overloaded, or MetaTrader or the LamsaGuard app is closed;
- your internet connection or your broker's server is down;
- your limits and rules are set wrongly, or the firewall is turned off;
- the software has an error. Like all software, LamsaGuard can contain bugs.
Your stop loss matters
Always place a stop loss with your broker. Trades fired from LamsaGuard are sent with their stop loss and take profit, which stay with your broker even when your computer is off. A trade without a stop has open-ended risk.
Prop-firm accounts
Prop firms each have their own rules and ways of counting drawdown. Set LamsaGuard to match your firm's rules and check them yourself. LamsaGuard is not connected to any prop firm and cannot promise that you will pass or keep a funded account.
No advice, no promises of results
LamsaGuard does not give investment advice or trading signals, and nothing on our website is a recommendation to trade. Screens and examples on our website use demo accounts and made-up numbers to show how the software works; they are not results and do not predict your results.
Test first
Test LamsaGuard on a demo account until you understand every button and rule, then start with small sizes on a live account.
